Walters Motorsports was formed in 2004 on the local short tracks in the St. Louis area piloting a Dirt Modified. In 2005, WMS branched into kart racing in machines reaching speeds over 120mph and at the same time they purchased 2 Dirt Sportsman cars. In, 2008 all 3 Dirt cars were sold to take the karting program to the next level. Now, Walters Motorsports can be seen all over the country competing against some of the best karting competition in the world.
